Tapas, Drinking, Dancing...Day 2

Nisha and I got back to Jeff's place 'round 6 or 7 or so. I rested for a little while, then we went out for food and drink with Jose Louis.

We ate octopus, croquettes, peppers, wine, etc. I think that was the first night. We walked down the Rambla, with all these cool people also walking around, and Jeff was drawn to a gorgeous young girl handing out free passes to a nightclub. He took them, and we eventually ended up at Jamboree, a nightclub right off the Placa Real. We danced there until way in the morning.

I think at this point I was delirious. I don't know if I have these things in order or not... or the next two days either, but I'll try. So that was Monday.


Tuesday, Nisha and I went to Mont Juic via the Teleferico of Doom, a cable car thing that goes across the seaport of Barcelona from Barceloneta high across the water to the mountain on the side of town where they built a bunch of stuff for the Olympics in 1992.

On Mont Juic we went to the Fundacion de Joan Miro, a truly interesting artist and a really light, large building for his stuff. I have two pics from here, of the amusing statues on the roof.
